Odin lives with my daughter Jenna, her husband, Kellen and 2 daughters Brynlee and Mya. They have done a great job training him and he is such a fun boy.  He is a boy I had been planning since his sire Ilolas was 6 month old.  Thank you to Sarah Brandes (Lapinlumon) for letting me import semen.  He was a very promising pup and has quickly been acknowledged by many.  He is  a CKC Grand Champion.  At the July 2015 FLCC National he won Puppy Sweepstakes and at the 2022 FLCC National as a Veteran was awarded Award of Merit.. 

Finnish Lapphund Club of Canada now recognizes Finnish Lapphunds with progeny achieving Conformation and Performance titles. Odin is the 1st male Finnish Lapphund in Canada to have 10 Champion kids / progeny. This gives him the title of Register of Merit Canada Excellence - International (ROMX-I)  indicating champions in Canada as well as other countries.

Asha is our wild child, tons of energy and fun. Also one of the easiest girls to show with tail always wagging at the judges and moving effortlessly around the ring. She got her Championship before she was 9 months old. We are now going to agility and working on focus. Asha had her 18 pups and many are Champions. We were surprised she actually carried all the recessive colours even domino and cream.

She now has many great grandkids that are champions and play in all kinds of dogs sports. In 2023 Asha and I got her Rally title and then a Sprinter title. This gave her a FLCC  Versatility title.  We are so proud of her.

Oscar is handsome young lappie wining many hearts. Eric surprised Chalsea with an engagement proposal and puppy she’s been wanting. His registered name was picked with this all in mind.  Thank you to Manon Brisebois (Maplemyst) for letting him come to us and be part of the Shadagrace family. He is our Odin’s grandson. Tons of energy and fun, he loves playing  frisbee.  

2022 Oscar got his Championship and then tried a new other dog sports. Sprinters was an easy on but we were surprised he did the big field and got a title in Chasability. 2024 we did some Barn hunt and found the rats..lol

Poppy is a great great granddaughter to our Fergie (Shadagrace I Gotta Feeling) SO we kept the theme going. On other side of pedigree she is also a great granddaughter to our Asha (Shadagrace Sweet Dreams). Poppy's sire if 4 time National Specialty best in show winner Ukko (BISS GCH Yutori's Suomifoxfire O'Bearspaw). Poppy really matured into a pretty girl. She has had 2 really nice litters and Nov 2024 got her Grand Championship. I hope to start rally with her in the new year and get her to August National Specialty before her last litter.

Henri lives with my daughter, her family and Henri's grandsire Odin. Brynlee and Mya are his 2 legged sisters. He really wants to be a person and included in everything they are doing...lol. He enjoyed the show ring and obtained his Championship last spring. He is a beautiful black wolfsable with the softest lappie expression. We hope to try out sprinters in spring 2025.

Sully lives with my son and wife along with his sire Oscar.  Our Poppy is his dam so keeping it all the family. We feel this breeding brought out the best in his parents. Sully is a fun boy and enjoy catching the frisbee almost as his sire Oscar.  He did so well at our 2024 FLCC National and this fall was award a couple grp placements in all breed. 2025 we will be back in the ring going for his Grand Championship and trying out Sprinters.
